We had a great stay at Villa Alma in Bern. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of parking spots nearby. The directions provided were clear and helpful. The property was responsive and addressed our needs promptly. Although there were some cons, overall I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bern.
